Set in Bixby Knolls, Roxanne’s operates across three distinct bar setups, shifting from casual daytime dining to an energetic night out. The main space and outdoor patio tiki bar serve plates like tamarindo wings, burgers, and yuca with chicharrón alongside drinks like "La Bala" or horchata cocktails.

The centerpiece detour is the Exhibition Room, a Prohibition-themed speakeasy hidden in the back where guests must step into a telephone booth and dial a code to gain entry. Depending on the day, the venue also layers in live music, DJ sets, and comedy shows, giving each room its own rhythm.
