Description
The restaurant takes its name from swamp lore of the mythical shapeshifting cryptid, drawing on folklore and shared traditions. Founders Mclain Hedges and Mary Allison Wright run the space alongside her brother, executive chef JohnDavid Wright, framing the project as a tribute to the regions that molded them.
