Description

Established in 1932 as one of Portland’s oldest and largest clubs, the operation functions without paid staff, relying on members for administration, construction, and upkeep. Its 150-slip marina provides metered power, pressurized water, and shower facilities, while channel depth is maintained through a member-operated dredge named the "J Randall". Club life balances an active community atmosphere with local races, organized river cruises, and educational seminars, extended by reciprocal privileges with yacht clubs across the western United States and Canada.
