First opened in 1979, Roosterfish established itself as a safe haven for the LGBT community when going out safely was a challenge. Reopened under new ownership with a modest facelift and an updated menu, the bar preserves its historic namesake while shaking up drinks like the brown butter-washed Black Eye, maintaining a vibrant atmosphere that welcomes all walks of life.
