Take the evening above Old City. Stratus Rooftop Lounge sits atop Hotel Monaco at 433 Chestnut Street, with views of the Philadelphia skyline. Ambient music accompanies craft drinks, and chef crafted small plates bring food into the evening. The open air terrace makes the skyline part of the rooftop setting for gatherings, placing the lounge above the city street.
Inside and outside are both part of the lounge. For private events, booked functions use an open bar format without arranged seating. That layout leaves room for guests to mingle, with nighttime cityscapes as the backdrop. Casual gatherings are also part of the offering, giving guests another reason to choose the rooftop setting.
Thursday runs from 5 PM to midnight, Friday from 5 PM to 2 AM, and Saturday from 8 PM to 2 AM. Stratus is closed Monday through Wednesday and Sunday.
