Description
Section A of the Billy Goat Trail, located southeast of the Great Falls Tavern Visitor Center in Potomac, runs as a technical and strenuous 1.75-mile one-way route over angled rocks and boulders. The demanding traverse is recommended only for experienced, well-equipped hikers.
