Ron Ben-Israel Cakes

Operating out of an expansive 4,500-square-foot studio in the Garment District since 2014, founder Ron Ben-Israel and his team build custom wedding, novelty, and special-occasion cakes. The design process allows clients to request and sample custom flavor combinations not found on the standard menu—resulting in pairings like almond cake with cherry icing or lemon cake with wild berry. While the exterior artistry draws attention, the cakes are equally praised for their taste, with options ranging from chocolate mint to a popular cookies and cream filling.
