Description

After operating in San Francisco’s Parkside and Sunset districts from 2011 to 2025, the bakery pairs its creative bakes with everyday staples. Beyond the pork bun kouign amann recognized by the SF Chronicle in 2021, the pastry case stocks mango sticky rice kouign amann, black sesame croissants, and ube egg tarts alongside trademarked mochissants. The savory counter adds meatloaf and breakfast sandwiches on homemade wheat bread, frozen chicken pot pies, and Vietnamese coffee with a twist.
