Started in a bubby’s kitchen, the modest enterprise has grown to encompass multiple generations of family, from zeidie to grandchildren. Everything produced is strictly kosher compliant and non-dairy, relying on long-standing recipes made without preservatives or chemicals. Beyond pastries, the kitchen turns out handmade bagels, rolls, and breads alongside Middle-European staples such as kumish bread.
