Roegels Barbecue Co

Founded in 2014 by Russell and Misty Roegels, the smokehouse carries over the pits and recipes from their original Voss Road outpost. Russell brings more than three decades behind the smoker, tracing back to Bodacious Bar-B-Q in Longview. Meats are seasoned simply with salt and pepper and sliced to order, alongside staples like pork ribs and boudin.
