Antonio Rodilla founded his original Madrid shop in 1939, making each batch fresh daily. At the Brickell City Centre location, that heritage carries over into an expansive lineup of mini sandwiches—with combinations like whole wheat egg and bacon or apple turkey—alongside stuffed croissants and traditional gazpacho. Visitors can pick up bread to take home, take a shopping pause over a cortado in a ceramic cup, or arrange catering for group events.
