Opened in 2018 across classic post-industrial buildings, the complex frames the river with high ceilings, expansive windows, dramatic lighting, and original sculptures. In addition to work offices, the grounds support riverside dining alongside a marina and private boat docks. Much of the property functions as an 18,000 to 22,000 square foot event space, accommodating large-scale private celebrations, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
