Designed by architects Rapp & Rapp for the Balaban & Katz chain, the theater now runs live music and comedy events managed by Jam Productions. Inside, the experience splits between a bustling general admission floor and traditional theater seating in the loge and balcony, giving audiences a clear choice between the crowd energy below and elevated sightlines upstairs.
