Riverside Golf Course and Teddy Bear Par 3
4.1 (976)attraction
4.1 (976)A river-split 18-hole course paired with a par-3 layout where Teddy Roosevelt once trained the Rough Riders.
Description
Fully renovated in 2023 four miles south of downtown, Riverside reflects two distinct eras on its championship track. Its 1929 front nine features tree-lined fairways that penalize errant tee shots, shifting to a more open back nine finalized in 1974. Over on the Teddy Bear, play tightens into holes ranging from 80 to 120 yards, working through large trees to reach small, undulating greens designed to test wedge skills.
