A restored 19th-century Italianate home offering a close look at early village life across its preserved period rooms.
Description

Researched and rebuilt by the village and its historical commission, the two-story Grand Avenue home focuses on local history and life in the second half of the 19th century. Its original layout is split between a ground-floor parlor, sitting room, and bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs. Subsequent additions trace the building's domestic evolution, including a dining space and bathroom added by Mr. Buckman, followed later by a kitchen, pantry, and closet.
