An open-air yoga space where classes flow to live music on a lush deck, rounded out with cold plunges and saunas.
Description
Originating as a music shop, the studio channels that history into the space with sound healing sessions. Classes unfold outdoors on a deck equipped with infrared heaters during colder months, where instructors offer modifications across experience levels. Beyond yoga and meditation, the setup incorporates wellness therapies like massage and red light therapy.
