Ride the Coast Road From Waikiki to Sea Life Park
An open-air trolley loop from Waikiki out along Oahu's southeast shore, with hop-off stops at Sea Life Park and Koko Marina.
This is the Blue Line of the Waikiki Trolley, which its operator sells as the Ocean View Line. The ticket is a seat on a loop. Stay aboard for the full run of about one hour and fifty minutes, or step off at a stop and catch the trolley that follows roughly forty minutes later.
The first loop leaves Waikiki Shopping Plaza at 8:30 AM and the last at 1:50 PM, with the final drop-off back at the plaza at 3:40 PM. Narration is in English, and the trolleys are open-air.

Booking gets you one ticket, accepted on a phone or on paper. Seats are first come, first served, and the operator warns that trolleys can fill at peak times, in which case you wait for the next one. All sales are final: the listing offers no refund for a cancellation. Gratuities are not included.

Outbound, the loop calls at the Duke Kahanamoku Statue, the Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium, then heads for Kahala Mall. The first loop reaches the zoo at 8:36 AM and the aquarium at 8:38 AM, before either opens: the aquarium's own site lists 9 AM to 4:30 PM, the zoo's 10 AM to 4 PM.
Past Kahala the listing has the trolley on Kalanianaole Highway, the stretch it describes as rugged cliffs over the ocean. Halona Blowhole Lookout sits here. The operator's FAQ names it among the places to hop off, while its timetable marks it a scenic photo stop. The timetable prints no pickup time at Halona. Ask on board before stepping off there.
Sea Life Park Opens Twenty Minutes After the First Trolley

Sea Life Park is the main hop-off on the far side. Trolleys pull in from 9:40 AM, every forty minutes, and the last one back to Waikiki leaves at 3:00 PM. The park's own site lists Wednesday through Monday, 10 AM to 4 PM, closed Tuesdays.
On the first loop you reach the gate twenty minutes before it opens, and on a Tuesday the park is shut. Koko Marina Center comes next on the return, with its last pickup at 3:11 PM. The operator notes that times can shift with traffic.
Plate Lunch on the Ride Back In
The listing pitches the ride back as a lunch run: a plate lunch at Rainbow Drive-In, then malasadas at Leonard's Bakery a few blocks away, which lists daily hours of 5:30 AM to 7 PM.
The last stop before the plaza is Pioneer Saloon on Monsarrat Avenue, itself a plate lunch shop open 11 AM to 8 PM by its own site. Trolleys reach it from 10:13 AM until 3:33 PM. The first two arrive before it opens.
Lifts, Laps and Restroom Codes
The listing ticks every wheelchair-access box. The operator's FAQ says most of its vehicles have wheelchair lifts and suggests boarding at stop 1, Waikiki Shopping Plaza, where staff can assist.
Child seats cover ages 3 to 11 and adult seats start at 12. The operator says under-3s ride free, and the listing puts infants on an adult's lap. Anyone 44 inches or shorter stays seated, children need an adult with them, and eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed aboard. Restrooms, per the operator's FAQ, are at the plaza (staff give the code to ticket holders), Koko Marina and Sea Life Park.
📍 Board on the Royal Hawaiian Avenue side of Waikiki Shopping Plaza, 2250 Kalakaua Avenue. The operator's ticket desk is in the main lobby, open daily 8 AM to 5 PM. Detours are posted on the operator's reroutes page, and the Honolulu Pride Parade affects all lines from 2 PM to 6 PM on Saturday, October 17.
Take the 9:10 AM loop and you reach Sea Life Park at 10:20 AM, with trolleys back every forty minutes until 3:00 PM.
