Beef shank is an option, with lamb and marinated egg among the extras available for customizing the combination. It is an affordable meal built around a handful of choices, with the heat and additions left to you.
The space has seating for about 11 people, making this a compact stop when you want to eat inside. Bowls are prepared in about five minutes. Taking yours away gets a separate treatment, with the broth packaged apart from the noodles to help preserve their texture on the journey home.
The counter opens daily from 8 AM to half past nine PM, giving you time for a morning bowl or an evening meal.
