Description

Donated to Clayton County in 1976 by Judge William 'Bill' Huie Reynolds with the stipulation that it remain undeveloped, the preserve is dedicated to environmental education and outdoor recreation. Walking paths trace through open fields and past a pollinator garden, recognized as a site on the Rosalynn Carter Butterfly Trail and a registered Georgia Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary. In addition to regular wildlife watching, the preserve runs hands-on educational programs and free monthly bird-watching hikes.
