4.8 (1,423)attraction
A 90-acre resting place in Glendale where shaded paths wind past eucalyptus trees, desert blooms, and quiet gardens.
Description

Established in 1947, the grounds are organized into 32 numbered gardens and five named sections, featuring a tiered water fountain alongside outdoor mausoleum complexes, columbaria, and private estates. The landscape integrates mesquite, Mondale pine, sage, and purple plum trees, with honeysuckle, roses, and oleander scenting the grounds in warm weather. Come spring, purple and periwinkle blue vincas emerge to form quiet, dedicated pockets for reflection.
