Description
Patron feedback points to a clear contrast between individual craft and salon pacing. Regulars and newcomers single out technicians like Ky for unhurried, detailed work, highlighting attentive service and natural, thin shaping done without rushing. Broader feedback remains mixed, however, with reports noting inconsistencies and poor customer service during busy periods.
