Description
Guests praised the spotless, well-designed rooms, with one highlighting a deluxe double queen overlooking the Empire State Building. The experience, however, can be interrupted: one visitor found the lobby bar closed for an event one night and the rooftop bar closed for an event the next. While the team was generally pleasant, the billing and were handled left a sour note for at least one reviewer.
