Red Silo Coffee Roasters

Set by an old grain silo on Platte Street, the roastery backs up its third-wave drinks with an active dessert counter. Offerings branch out into iced chais, pastries, and a coffee milkshake made with espresso brownie ice cream and a shot of espresso, alongside scoops in flavors like snickerdoodle and chai. Inside, lots of interior seating for meetings or studying pairs with a small outside patio.
