Raymond Rimkus Park

Named for Leon Valley's first mayor at the intersection of Poss and Evers Roads, the grounds feature a 1/2-mile inside track and a 3/4-mile nature track for varied routes. Casual day visits center around first-come, first-served picnic tables, alongside pavilions available for rental. Because the park sits within a floodway and floodplain, the entire area closes to the public during heavy rain and flooding.
