Rattlesnake Trail

Spanning 1.36 miles across Class 2 terrain, the path sees little traffic compared with the famous destinations at either end. The route is unmaintained, faint, and requires route-finding through fully exposed desert terrain subject to flash floods and extreme heat. For experienced hikers, the passage shows how the washes, ridges, and sandstone corridors of Calico Basin connect.
