Started in a small neighborhood kitchen by the De La Torre family, Raquelitas has grown to supply more than 2,000 locations across Colorado. Alongside its statewide distribution, the factory welcomes the public through a retail shop open on Fridays and Saturdays, where visitors can buy bags of chips and durable corn tortillas suited for enchiladas and tostadas.
