Ranalli's Pizza Bar - Lincoln Park, Chicago: After Work
Pizza and drinks in the Old Town Triangle, with five Chicago bars to compare for a different kind of evening.
Drinks with a pizza plan
After a shift, I want the plan to answer one question: is this drinks, or drinks with dinner? Ranalli's Pizza Bar - Lincoln Park, Chicago makes that second option clear. This neighborhood bar in the Old Town Triangle serves pizza, drinks and casual pub fare. I would start with that pairing rather than turn it into a cocktail-only destination. Find it at 1925 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60614, USA.
The alternatives below serve different moods. Benchmark Chicago - Old Town, Chicago is a multi-level bar, while Butch McGuire's is a Gold Coast pub. Biggs Mansion Chicago is a cigar lounge. Brando's Lincoln Park pairs cocktails with karaoke, and J9 Wine Bar puts wine at the center. Compare the settings rather than treating this list as a prescribed bar crawl.
