Description
Opened in 2023 as the first phase of the Alamo Plan, the two-story center was designed not to obstruct views of the church from Alamo Plaza. Inside, the Collector’s Journey unfolds in a curatorial setting housing over 500 historical objects. Displays include the Donald and Louise Yena Spanish Colonial Collection—where artifacts can be spotted inside Donald Yena’s intricate paintings—along with items belonging to Alamo Defenders.
