Racer Tea got moving during the 2020 lockdowns, pouring hot tea and loud music across Los Angeles before opening a permanent storefront in Redondo Beach. Deliberately rejecting traditional tea-house norms, the space pairs racer-inspired decor with an unconventional menu lineup. Alongside creamy options like a peanut butter bowl piled with toppings, the counter serves 120-year-old sundae recipes that sit comfortably beside its modern tea offerings.
