Created by the team behind Smoke & Bitters in Hiriketiya, Raa bar and kitchen preserves the ancient art of toddy tapping with daily harvesting on the property. The open-air beachfront setting features simple, natural architecture overlooking surfers in the ocean, paired with an open kitchen using traditional claypots and clay stoves. The menu centers on local dishes cooked over a wood fire alongside fresh cocktails made from morning-tapped toddy and Sri Lankan arrack.
