R&A Sourdough Commissary & Kitchen

What began in 2020 as a home experiment with a gifted starter quickly expanded once the founders began developing their own sourdough. Beyond the primary bagel lineup, the commissary kitchen produces naturally leavened breads, vegan options, and sweets like brownies and cookies. The team also assembles savory catering platters built around lox, potato latkes, pastrami, turkey, and prepared deli salads.
