Started in August 2020 by Silvia and Daniel King, Quesa Loco grew from a Central Florida food trailer powered by Silvia’s family recipes and Daniel’s operational background. The kitchen pairs its street-food staples with aguas frescas and specials, backed by quick, friendly service. The setup is unfussy and practical, with extra sauces, plates, and takeout boxes kept right at hand.
