Set on the Kealohilani Tower Rooftop, the space fans out around two pools, fire pits, and more than thirty cabanas. The kitchen turns out fish tacos, burgers, and bento box lunches paired with a smoky, sweet dipping sauce. Dining winds down around the colossal Hula pie, layered over an Oreo cookie crust with an ice cream mound, roasted macadamias, and a crackling chocolate shell.
