Established in 2015 in Burien's Three Tree Point area, the independent roaster draws its name from the Latin phrase 'Quod Erat Demonstrandum'—meaning 'that which was to be demonstrated.' Alongside pouring specialty brews crafted to bring out the character of each coffee, the cafe hosts community events.
