Puppy Yoga Seattle - South Lake Union (Puppy Yoga USA)

Sessions pair an easy-to-follow flow with dedicated puppy cuddle zones, though guests note that yoga takes a back seat to puppy cuddles. The movement stays relaxed and beginner-friendly, followed by dedicated time to play with the litter and take photos. The studio operates public classes, private puppy events, and cuddle experiences welcoming participants ages 6 and older.
