Puppy Yoga Portland - Eliot District (Puppies Yoga)

Based in an Eliot District studio on North Interstate Avenue, the experience equips each visitor with a provided yoga mat and wellness drink cart access. An instructor directs an adaptable, beginner-friendly routine, while on-floor staff circulate the puppies—with past classes hosting breeds like golden retrievers and Australian shepherds—and handle cleanups between stretches. The focus stays split between accessible movement and social time, ensuring everyone in the room gets hands-on interaction throughout the 75-minute visit.
