Description
Sessions divide time between a 45-minute yoga practice and 30 minutes of hands-on playtime in Logan Circle. The studio hosts eight- to twelve-week-old litters that rotate by breed on weekends—from Australian shepherds to golden retrievers—often featuring rescue or adoptable pups. While you stretch, the dogs roam freely across the room, with staff actively guiding them around the studio floor so every mat gets regular visits.
