Our high-floor queen room provided great space for a six-night visit, conveniently situated between downtown and major shopping avenues. When our group faced a medical emergency, the front desk and staff offered incredible support navigating the crisis. The bar crew was exceptionally welcoming, though management refused to remove an aggressive patron harassing workers downstairs. Despite that incident, our stay was wonderful and we would gladly return. For roughly $800 a night, amenities were lacking: no minibar, coffee maker, or room service. While the corner loft provided dramatic views , the translucent glass around the toilet provided almost no privacy. The lobby stayed packed with remote workers , leaving no room to relax, and breakfast was meager. Front desk lines were long, and we had to fetch our own checked bags from an upstairs storage room after staff refused to help. I would choose another hotel for that rate. Although the property is clean and the team is wonderful, I would not suggest staying here with a companion. The bathrooms feature see-through walls without a regular door , meaning anyone in the bedroom can spot your silhouette during showers or toilet use . It ends up feeling far too exposed when sharing quarters. The location is convenient and aesthetics are appealing, but the unpadded spring bed and firm pillows caused us to wake up aching. The bench seating was equally uncomfortable. Fortunately, the café delivered a wonderful cortado alongside smoked salmon toast , and most team members were delightful. Frustratingly, despite guaranteed late departure perks, we were billed $200 for leaving before 1:00 PM . Even so, I plan on returning if the sleeping arrangements improve. Arriving past standard check-in, I could not use kiosk check-in because no room had been assigned. Staff blamed delays on previous late departures and my advance amenity request, providing vague estimates and refusing to authorize a late departure. Inside, the bedroom was spotless , yet hallway chatter easily pierced the door . Additionally, requested slippers were out of stock, though robes were eventually brought up. Given the disappointing hospitality, I would not stay here again.
