Completed in 2012 and also known as *Hermosa Jazz*, the public installation on 11th Court builds on the city's mid-20th-century heritage. The composition uses optical trickery to draw viewers into a retro musical atmosphere, homing in on Hermosa Beach's deep connection to West Coast jazz.
