An urban farm in Belmont Cragin where students and neighbors dig in to grow fresh food and reconnect with the land.
Description
Run by Chicago Farm Lab at the Prosser Community School Garden, the site focuses on caring for living things and understanding where sustenance comes from. Community members and students work with their hands to learn about nutritious food, grow crops directly, and build practical skills for agricultural self-sufficiency on Chicago's West Side.
