Set in Belmont-Hillsboro, the bakery is run by a New York family drawing on more than 45 years of baking experience. The batches are mixed from scratch and baked in a stone-lined oven. Inside the minimal black-and-white interior, displays feature housemade salads, seasonal spreads, and smoked fish hand-sliced to order, available by the dozen or packed by the pound to go.
