Project Eden Community Garden

Run by a local church in Richardson, the project operates as an all-natural growing space where residents tend their own plots. Plantings track the seasons closely: cool-weather beds yield kale, spinach, Swiss chard, garlic, beets, and purple asparagus, followed by summer crops of tomatoes, peppers, and culinary herbs. It is an open, friendly setting where passersby frequently stop to chat with the gardeners working their plots.
