Description

Tracing its roots back to 1895 as the original Wollaston Golf Club, this terrain was where Francis Ouimet practiced for overseas competition in the British Open and Amateur championships. In the 1970s, the layout was redesigned by George and Tom Fazio to accommodate public play, re-emerging under county ownership and later establishing the annual Norfolk County Classic. Across its 93 acres, the routing packs in six par threes and a signature double-dogleg 15th hole, pairing testy par fours with Atlantic breezes and views stretching to the Neponset River and Blue Hills Reservation.
