🥣 Thursday at Industry City

⏳ Why This Thursday Matters

Bowl of 'Zole tours Boston, Denver and Brooklyn, and the Brooklyn edition runs for a single evening on October 22 at Industry City. General admission is $65 plus fees, a limited-time $55 kickoff tier may already be gone, and every ticket is all-inclusive. The lineup can still change before the night, and all sales are final, so the decision is about this one Thursday rather than a season of dates.

🌶️ What Goes in the Bowls

More than 20 chefs and restaurants serve signature pozoles and classic Mexican dishes, with names on the list including Casa Enrique, Oxomoco, Sobre Masa, Toloache and Fany Gerson of La Newyorkina. Each bowl pairs with more than 300 agave spirits from artisan producers, from mezcal and tequila to raicilla and lechuguilla. Spirits expert Arik Torren, chef Danny Mena and Jimmy Carbone of Food Karma Projects host the night.

🎟️ Tickets and Getting In

VIP tickets cost $75 plus fees and open the doors at 5:00 PM, an hour ahead of general admission, with a swag bag and time to meet chefs and producers. General admission, $65 plus fees, enters at 6:00 PM with the same all-access tastings. The venue sits on the second floor of Building 5 at 33 35th Street, entry is limited to guests 21 and up, and a valid photo ID belongs in your pocket. Chefs also cook extra pozole for City Harvest.
