Founded in 1977 by Branfman, the space operates as a pottery studio, school, gallery, and bookstore. Alongside workshops, it provides resident and non-resident studio memberships as well as services and resources for people working in clay. The on-site gallery presents staff and member pieces across varied styles, set within the broader Gorse Mill Studios artist community.
