Passing through the speakeasy door opens into a family-owned dining room built around traditional Chinese huo guo. Diners gather to simmer vegetables, noodles, meats, and handcrafted dumplings in flavorful, spice-infused broths at the center of the table, then finish each bite with additions from the sauce bar.
