Post Oak Barbecue With Line Dancing in Manhattan
Brisket and ribs arrive by weight, while live sets keep the Boot Bar in play.
🎶 Smoke, Music, and Boots
Texas barbecue arrives with a little theater at Hill Country Barbecue Market, where the meats follow Central Texas tradition and spend 14 hours over post oak before landing on the tray. The market style puts brisket with a thick bark, ribs, and classic sides on the table, with the final amount sold by weight.
The downstairs Boot Bar changes the pace after the meal. Live sets share the room with Tuesday line dancing, drawing seasoned dancers and curious beginners, while tacos and drinks give the evening an easy second act. Line dancing tickets run ten dollars and can be booked online, a clear move for a group that wants dinner with some movement.
Hours run noon to 10 PM Monday through Thursday, noon to 11 PM Friday and Saturday, and noon to 9 PM Sunday, with the Market counter closing one hour earlier. Weekday happy hour runs from 4 PM to 6 PM.
