Chef Calvin Phan shapes the menu through his personal background, drawing on Vietnamese roots and classical German training to blend Eastern flavors with Western culinary techniques. Dishes arrive in fairly large, shareable portions, served in a quaint Downtown room with an upscale yet chill atmosphere. The kitchen also turns out house-made desserts, including the signature Suspension Cake.
