Founded in 2017 as the first poke shop in the Reno-Tahoe area, Poke King brought Hawaiian flavors into Nevada through a fast-casual approach. Diners construct each meal by selecting bowl sizes, laying down bases like mixed greens, layering in fresh proteins such as salmon and ahi tuna, and finishing with an assortment of sauces and toppings.
