Established in 2019, Poke Dojo began as a pop-up operating inside Hanaro Sushi in Bethesda and Kusshi Sushi in North Bethesda before launching into its own space. The kitchen centers its bowls on sushi-grade tuna and salmon, continuing to use the same fish featured at its parent restaurants.
